Using PatchHop
This user agreement covers ordinary use of PatchHop and this information website. Read it alongside the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, you can stop using the game and website.
PatchHop is a single-player puzzle platformer for compatible iPhone and iPad devices. The game is played in the installed app; the screenshots on this website are examples, not a browser-playable version.
Your permission to play
You may install and use a legitimately obtained copy of PatchHop for personal entertainment, subject to the terms of the platform through which it is distributed.
Do not redistribute the complete game or represent its code, name or artwork as your own without permission. Individual components may carry separate licences; those licences continue to apply, and this agreement does not remove rights they grant or rights provided by applicable law.
Progress and game content
You arrange terrain, try the route and reach the flag. Stars record your best results. Level and task rewards are used for appearance unlocks within the game.
Outfits, trails and terrain looks do not improve movement or jumping abilities. The game has no account-based transfer, shared inventory or online player exchange.
Levels, hints, appearance selections and balance may be adjusted in later versions. Previous descriptions and screenshots may differ from an updated version.
Looking after your progress
The game keeps progress locally. Each installation maintains its own save. There is no developer-operated save recovery or merging service.
Reset data returns the game to its starting state after confirmation. Deleting app data can also remove progress. Any device backup or restoration is controlled by your operating system and its settings.
Respectful use
Do not interfere with the website’s operation, attempt unauthorised access to systems serving it, or use the game or website to infringe another person’s rights.
Keep ownership and licence notices intact when sharing material where sharing is permitted. Please describe screenshots as game footage and do not present edited images as features that PatchHop provides.
Compatibility and changes
The current game requires iOS 17 or iPadOS 17 or later and uses portrait orientation. Actual performance can depend on your device and operating system.
Updates may change content or compatibility. Continuous website access and support for every future device cannot be guaranteed. Nothing here limits protections or remedies that applicable law makes available to you.
Stopping use
You may stop playing at any time. You can reset local data in Settings or remove the app using your device’s app-management controls. No account closure is needed.
The updated date identifies this agreement. Material changes should be reflected in a revised version of this document.
